POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Testing Operations is a core member of the Latin America (LatAm) Testing Operations team, reporting directly to the Regional Senior Manager, Testing Operations LatAm. The Manager is responsible for executing the testing and monitoring support plan consistent with business risk assessments and needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with assigned HCCOs to execute the planned Tests and Monitoring activities as outlined on the Annual Testing/Monitoring plan. Executes testing and monitoring engagements as per annual plan Executes harmonized and standardized Testing Protocols, systems and processes in partnership with the operating company (OpCo) and business HCC Officers (HCCOs) Executes testing assigned in partnership with the LATAM HCCOs using a customized approach as necessary for the OpCo. Communicate results to Management and provide guidance to HCCOs as they develop management action plans (MAP). Analyze Testing and Monitoring results and document in a report. Provide the HCCO with information around best practices, if applicable. Helps develop Monitoring Tools, including training to the key stakeholders . Represents the team across LatAm on project teams to harmonize and standardize HCC & Privacy testing protocols, monitoring activities and processes and systems. Consultants, third-party vendors and industry peers Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: . Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred . Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries. Line management experience preferred. . Minimum of 4 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance and/or audit function (regulatory, quality, finance, HCC) . Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience preferred . Experience working in a virtual environment REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: . Requires experience conducting audits and managing auditing programs in one or more compliance area (HCC, FCPA, GCC, Finance, Quality, Regulatory) . Requires knowledge of HCC/fraud and abuse laws; regulatory promotional practices; FCPA, financial or auditing practices and company business and policies. . Demonstrated data analysis and statistical skills are required (e.g. Excel and SAP) . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously . Fluency in Spanish and English and good command of Portuguese .
