Consumer Segment- Johnson & Johnson Our Consumer Health Care Products segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women's health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms. Position Description: The New Business Development and Innovation manager will be responsible for: â€¢ Support the Mkt Director and the board defining long-term organizational strategic goals, build new business models and identifying business opportunities for MexiCam region. â€¢ Responsible to accelerate Innovation maximizing the right portfolio via LPLC and RPLC governance â€¢ L&A: pursue local targets and lead business integration/ transition process. Responsibilities: Leader of a team of 4 persons: â€¢ New Business Development Manager (1) â€¢ Innovation Supervisor and 2 analysts (3) Strategic Long term Plan â€¢ Drives the Strat Plan Process for the MexiCAM HUB ensuring necessary work is accomplished, , including data analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, reviewing syndicated and non-syndicated data, identifying market and consumer trends and working closely and coordinating cross functional teams New Business Development â€¢ Actively pursues New Businesses models (e-commerce or others) for Mexico and Central America â€¢ Coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating agreements integrating contract requirements with business operations â€¢ Identifies and proposes potential Licensing and Acquisition (L&A) business deals within the MexiCAM Hub by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring business opportunities. â€¢ Responsible for leading L&A targets Integration / transition models â€¢ Responsible to accelerate dedicated Innovation such as: GBIs, Promo Packs, In&Outs and commercial innovation. Innovation â€¢ The NBD area, also coordinates the LPLC process ensuring the right and on time connection with the regional governance. â€¢ Coordinates and execute accelerated innovation through GBIs, Promo Packs and In&Outs process ensuring regional and local areas connection â€¢ Ensure compliance with government in project execution â€¢ Ensure regional and local connection in LPLC execution â€¢ Provides written updates and reports on the progress of projects as required â€¢ Works cooperatively with internal key stakeholders in the Hub and with the Regional Leaders within the S&I Organization validating HUB strategies and key drivers â€¢ Analyses and interprets data gathered from key agencies and J&J internal sources to support the strategic planning process and to evaluate New Brands and new Business Initiatives Qualifications Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA preferred.
